برخی خصوصیات زیستی تولیدمثلی میگوی الگانس (Palaemon elegans) در تالاب گمیشان

چکیده

    در این مطالعه، برخی خصوصیات زیستی تولیدمثلی و مراحل تکامل گنادی بافت تخمدان در 108 عدد میگوی ماده پالامون الگانس، Palaemon elegans در تالاب گمیشان طی آذر ماه 1389 تا پایان خرداد ماه 1390 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای این منظور از بخش ‌های میانی تخمدان میگوی ماده، مقطع بافتی به ‌صورت ماهیانه تهیه گردید. حداقل و حداکثر هم‌ آوری مطلق معادل 300عدد و 2686 عدد متغیر بود. با افزایش اندازه بدن، هم ‌آوری مطلق آن‌ ها افزایش می ‌یابد و بیش ‌ترین میزان هم ‌آوری در دامنه طولی 45-35میلی‌ متر می ‌باشد. بیشینه فراوانی گنادهایی که در مرحله 4 و 5 قرار داشتند در ماه‌ های فروردین تا خرداد مشاهده شد و در مرحله نهایی تکامل تخم، حجم تخم به‌ طور متوسط به 0/725 میلی‌ متر رسید. به ‌نظر می ‌رسد هم‌ آوری میگوی الگانس در تالاب گمیشان نسبت به دیگر مناطق گزارش شده بسیار بالاتر است.

چکیده [English]

In this study, some of reproductive biological characters and gonadal development stages of ovarian tissue in 108 pieces of palaemon elegans shrimp, in the Gomishan wetland were reviewed during the end of December 1389 to June 1390. For this purpose, tissue sections were prepared from middle substances of the ovary of female shrimp monthly. Minimum and maximum of absolute fecundity ranged from 300 pcs and 2686 pcs. With increasing body size, the absolute fecundity of them increases and maximum of length range were 35-45 millimeters. Maximum redundancy of gonads in step 4 and step 5 was observed in April to June and in the final stage of egg development, egg volume reaches. to an average of 0.725 millimeters. It seems that fecundity of elegance shrimp in Gomishan wetland is much higher than other reported areas.
